In answer to reader requests for puzzles at Castanet, we've added a new daily crossword feature.

You'll find the Castanet Crossword just below the Letters and Question of the Day section on our front page.

Click on the crossword teaser, and the puzzle pops up on the page.

No need for a pencil and paper; it's fully interactive and offers helping hands like the ability to help solve a letter or word.

It's not too difficult, so most readers should be able to complete the puzzle during a lunch or coffee break.

And that's not all we've been up to.

Click on over to the cams page (under the Community button in our toolbar), and we've doubled our number of Ministry of Highways webcams. Click on The Okanagan Connector or any of the other highways, and you'll see two cams from different areas of the route to keep you fully informed on conditions. We've also added Lower Mainland bridges and ferry terminals to the list.
