The RCMP thanked the public for helping find her.

Police are seeking the public's assistance to help locate a missing West Kelowna woman.

In a press release, West Kelowna RCMP say 31-year-old Selina Peters is missing, and hasn't been seen since Sept. 20.

The woman was last seen at an undisclosed medical facility in West Kelowna, and police say they're very concerned for her wellbeing.

“Family and friends report that it is out of character for her to be out of contact for this long,” the RCMP say.

Peters is described as a 5-foot-4, 150-pound Caucasian woman with brown hair and hazel eyes.

Police have asked anyone with information on Peters' whereabouts to call local police, or anonymously through CrimeStoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
