Rollover on Highway 97 slowing traffic in Peachland

There is a report of another motor vehicle incident on Highway 97, this time just south of Renfrew Road in Peachland.

The crash occurred at 10:35 p.m.

Fire and rescue has responded with Engine 21.

There are no other details available, and Drive BC has not responded with any closure announcements at this time.

UPDATE: 10:10 p.m.

Crews have now cleared the scene, and Drive BC has removed this vehicle incident from its list of travel advisories.

ORIGINAL 8:35 p.m.

Traffic is moving slowly through Peachland Saturday evening as a result of a single vehicle rollover.

Police, fire rescue and two ambulances are on scene.

The incident occurred at 7:47 p.m. at 5000, Hwy. 97, in the area of Buchanan Road and Huston Road.

It's believed one person was trapped inside the vehicle. 

Traffic is down to single lane, alternating. Expect delays.
