Car slams into parked truck

A car crashed into a parked truck in West Kelowna overnight.

The black Mustang left the road, went across a front yard and slammed into a crew cab pickup in a driveway near the corner of Thacker Drive and Stuart Road about 11 p.m. Saturday.

Minor injuries were reported in the crash, and one lane of Thacker Drive was briefly closed while the scene was cleared.

Firefighters, police and paramedics attended the scene.

It's not known what caused the collision.
