Big winds on Okanagan Lake caused some problems for boaters.
A faithful Castanet reader sent us these photos of a sailboat and a water skiing boat washed up on shore on West bank First nation beach lots.
The photograph shows white caps on the lake and the contributor indicates the sailboat was blown ashore and on its way in knocked the speedboat off its moorings and both vessels wound up beached and battered by the surf.
No word on the extent of the damage.
