Vernon area Forever Home Sanctuary raising money to build a barn for all their critters

Safe place for animals

The Forever Home Sanctuary in Lavington is hosting a fundraiser to build a barn.

Angie Ioakimidou and her husband Ron Hopkins, opened the sanctuary last year and have dedicated themselves to caring for farm animals that otherwise might not have a home.

“We are currently hosting a fundraiser to raise funds to build our barn and create safe shelters where our animals can feel protected at all times,” said Ioakimidou.

“With our community's help and support, we will be able to welcome more animals to our family and provide a loving, safe and forever home.”

The fundraiser has people make donations in $20 increments and pick the bundle they want their name entered in. Donations are $20 for one entry and $50 for three entries.

There are four bundles to choose from. Each bundle features numerous items and gift certificates and are valued at $700.

Collect donations on our behalf from family and friends and for every three donations, get your name entered once again.

Make sure to include the person's name and which bundle they want in the message part of the transfer!

Donations can be made via etransfer to [email protected] or via paypal through the sanctuary's website.

The fundraiser ends on Aug. 28
