Pink Floyd tribute band PIGS brings its Coming Back to Life tour to Vernon next weekend.
The Victoria-based band will perform at the Vernon & District Performing Arts Centre on May 21.
After a pandemic-induced hiatus, the band returns with a bigger and better show with a new set of Pink Floyd songs, more lights, lasers and more.
A must-see for any Pink Floyd fan, PIGS are known for their authentic rendition of classic Pink Floyd songs.
Fans can expect songs from The Wall, Dark Side of the Moon, Wish You Were Here, and Animals, along with other classic favourites and rarities from Meddle to The Division Bell and beyond.
Tickets ($49.50) are available from the Vernon Performing Arts Centre box office by phone 250-549-7469, or ticketseller.ca.
Doors open at 7 p.m., and showtime is 7:30 p.m.
The show will include almost three full hours of music and visuals.
PIGS formed in 2008 in Victoria and is considered Canada's top Pink Floyd tribute act.
The band is as close as fans will get to experiencing the live sound and experience of 1970s Floyd shows – right down to the correct equipment, cables and even guitar strings.
