Shuswap man to be sentenced in Vernon court on incest, sexual assault charges

A Shuswap man facing numerous sex charges will be sentenced in the new year.

The man, who cannot be named to protect the identity of his victim, is facing charges of incest, sexual interference, sexual touching and sexual assault.

He is due to be sentenced in Vernon Supreme Court Jan. 17.

The accused was to be sentenced earlier this year, but the case was adjourned several times for various reasons, including the health of the accused.
