Two people were injured in an all-terrain vehicle rollover east of Vernon on Wednesday.
First responders converged on the scene of the crash about 12:30 p.m., one kilometre up Noble Canyon Road from Highway 6 in Coldstream.
North Okanagan RCMP spokesperson Const. Chris Terleski says an Artic Cat side by side failed to negotiate a sharp turn and left the road, rolling several times before coming to rest in the ditch.
Both occupants managed to free themselves from the vehicle and call 911.
The driver, a 20-year old man, was airlifted to hospital by air ambulance for treatment of serious, life-threatening injuries.
The passenger, an 18-year old woman, was taken by ambulance for treatment of serious, non-life-threatening injuries.
The collision remains under investigation.
