In a time when businesses are facing unprecedented challenges, the Greater Vernon Chamber of Commerce is offering words of encouragement.
Dan Proulx, with the chamber, delivered a video message of hope and encouragement.
In the 80-second video, Proulx points out some of the positives that have been happening amid a sea of bad news.
Many businesses have been forced to close their store fronts amid social isolation to slow the spread of COVID-19.
Proulx praised businesses for doing their best to keep going through online sales, take out, delivery and other means.
“I've seen a lot of resilience and the ability to adapt to the situation,” said Proulx. “These are unprecedented times we have never seen before and I am proud of our community. The chamber is here for you.”
