Vernon real estate veterans Lisa Salt and Gord Fowler have started a new Re/Max sub-brokerage that will open on March 5.
Located at the current Re/Max office on 27th Street, Re/Max Vernon Salt Fowler will feature 10 licensed residential real estate professionals with more than 100 years of combined experience.
“With the new real estate rules handed down by the Real Estate Council of British Columbia in June of 2018, there is a huge pressure for teams to disband and instead create their own offices. Salt and Fowler have been the first to make the significant investment in their business and create this sub-brokerage under the Re/Max umbrella," said Re/Max Vernon owner/broker Brad Marsh.
“We are looking forward to this new challenge. We have been serving the North Okanagan now for many years ... and are ecstatic to be part of this exciting new opportunity," said Salt.
