Two more tenants have been confirmed for the infill commercial strip mall on 30th Avenue in Vernon.
An Anytime Fitness outlet will be setting up in the western end of the former Bargain Shop building at 3301 30th Avenue, realtor Ken McCluskey confirmed.
McCluskey also said a non-medicinal cannabis retailer is slated to go in beside the recently opened Service Canada storefront on the eastern end of the development.
The building was commonly known as the Bargain Shop building or the Liquidation World building. Originally a Woolworths department store, the building has undergone several changes, but since the Bargain Shop closed several years ago, the building sat vacant.
The space was transformed into six separate commercial units.
