Grads visit Ecole Beairsto

Providing some inspiration for their alma mater, a group of W.L. Seaton grads visited their old elementary school Wednesday morning.

Ecole Beairsto students welcomed the cap-and-gown clad grads lead by Principal Manthorne as they paraded down the halls of the French school.

School District 22 will have just over 60 students earn their French Immersion Double Dogwood Certificate of Graduation, said SD 22 communications assistant Maritza Reilly in a release.

"To achieve this feat French Immersion students must meet the requirements for the Dogwood Diploma, as well as complete a number of French-taught courses in Grades 10, 11, and 12," Reilly said.

The grads then took photos at the main entrance, under the Ecole Beairsto School sign, and by their painted Grad of 2014 Grade 7 banner.
