Heli-skiing at Predator Ridge

Vernon's Predator Ridge Resort will be the new launching pad for all Kingfisher skiers and riders while they explore some of the best tree skiing on the planet.

Starting this month, Kingfisher, a heli-skiing company, will move its fleet of four helicopters to the well-known golf course to begin their training.  Ski tours will begin in December.

Predator Ridge will not only be the launching pad but will also provide accommodations and personalized experience for all Kingfisher skiers and riders as they explore a massive 300,000 acres of Monashee powder and alpine bowls.

As part of this alliance, the member services building and driving range will be transformed for the winter into the Kingfisher Heli-base.

Breakfast, lunch, après ski and dinner menus, will be prepared by the front and back of house teams.

Helicopters will run twice daily between 8:30 a.m. and 9 a.m. for load up and then return between 3:30 and 4 p.m.

The flight path will always be northeast from the resort.
