Sewell, who is currently Miss International Volunteer, was in the September College Issue of the magazine.
The write up on Sewell tells of her difficult time in school and the bullying she endured due to her speech challenges.
But Sewell fought back and has become an anti-bullying activist.
She launched her 'Be someone's hero, not a bystander' platform and formed the Canadian chapter of the Live Out Loud Charity.
