Power has been restored to more than 1500 BC Hydro customers in Lumby.
BC Hydro stated on its website that equipment made contact with a power source.

More than 1500 BC Hydro customers are without power in Lumby.
The affected area is north-east-west of Highway 6 and south of Deuling Road.
BC Hydro crews are en route.
There has been no word on what caused the outage. BC Hydro has not given an estimated time for power to be restored.
