There are no shortage of stunning sights to capture the attention of visitors and locals alike.
Luckily for Castanet, we have a following of fantastic photographers who often share their photos with us.
Elizabeth Kozub is one of those photographers.
Elizabeth recently submitted a series of beautiful photographs of birds in the Okanagan.
While some are not native to the North Okanagan, the photos are no less stunning.
"Hi Josh,
The ostrich pictures were taken just before Edgewood," Elizabeth wrote to Castanet. "We were on our way to Nakusp and we found an ostrich farm just off of Hwy 6 on a side road.
The Turkey Vulture was taken outside of Nakusp and the others were taken at Kin Beach."
