Dirt bikes stolen

Two dirt bikes were stolen from a local business over the weekend, but RCMP say luckily one has already been located.

Police aren't saying which business was hit but did state that it was located in the 6300 block of Highway 97.

On Saturday, June 9, RCMP were called to the business where it was discovered that the suspects gained entry to a locked compound by cutting a chain link fence.

That is where the bikes were stolen from. One was found on a nearby property, however, the second is still unaccounted for.

Police are now looking for a 2014 KTM orange and black dirt bike," stated Const. Kelly Brett.
