Film Festival comes to town

The Vancouver International Mountain Film Festival will be coming to Silver Star Mountain Resort next month.

For the first time, VIMFF will be shown at the National Altitude Training Centre at Silver Star on March 10.

VIMFF provides communities from around the world with an award-winning and critically acclaimed selection of films.

The films feature adventure, mountain culture and mountain sport.

Robin Baycroft will MC the evening which features door prizes during intermission.

Doors open at 6 p.m.

Tickets are cash only and are available at The Village Ski Shop.

Adults are $15 and high school students are $10.
