A heavily bearded Curtis Wayne Sagmoen appeared in court by video link Thursday morning.
His appearance was in relation to a new charge of mischief brought before him, stemming from a July 19, 2017 incident.
It was heard in court that Sagmoen allegedly used a spiked board to cause damage to the tires of a car.
Sagmoen remains in custody facing a number of charges following an arrest in the fall of 2017. In that incident, it is alleged he threatened a sex trade worker.
Last week new assault charges were filed against Sagmoen in relation to incidents from last summer.
Police say those charges stem from incidents involving two separate victims and a location near a Salmon River farm owned by Sagmoen's family.
The new charges against Sagmoen include assault causing bodily harm and assault with a weapon, stemming from an incident on Aug. 10, 2017, and assault stemming from an incident that occurred on or about July 1, 2017.
He is next scheduled to appear in Court Feb. 19.

Curtis Wayne Sagmoen will face a new charge of mischief $5,000 or under, according to court documents released today.
The documents state the offence happened July 19, 2017.
Last week police announced more new charges stemming from an incident on Aug. 10, 2017, and assault stemming from an incident on or about July 1, 2017. Those charges include assault causing bodily harm and assault with a weapon.
Sagmoen has been in custody since his arrest in October 2017, stemming from an incident on Aug. 28, 2017, when he allegedly threatened a sex trade worker.
Sagmoen has also been associated with a farm near Silver Creek on Salmon River Road where the remains of Traci Genereaux were found.
The farm is owned by Sagmoen's parents.
RCMP said the death of the 18-year-old Vernon woman is being considered suspicious, but no connection to Sagmoen has been made.
Genereaux was one of five women reported missing in the North Okanagan-Shuswap area.
Ashley Simpson, Deanna Wertz, Nicole Bell and Caitlin Potts have all gone missing in less than two years from the North Okanagan-Shuswap area.
