A two-vehicle car crash in downtown Vernon Sunday morning involved a police cruiser.
A car travelling northbound on Highway 97 collided with an RCMP cruiser near 30th Ave. just before 1 a.m.
The crash caused damage to both cars.
The rear driver side door of the RCMP cruiser was dented in, while the front end of the other car was crumpled.
A lot of damage, but only minor injuries were reported.
The driver of the green Chevrolet is being investigated for a violation of the motor vehicle act.
