Stewart is charged with two counts of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death and one count of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing bodily harm.
The single-vehicle rollover took place on Highway 2, north of Young, Sask. on Oct. 15, 2016.
Stewart himself suffered a broken neck and a shattered jaw, according to a GoFundMe page.
