“In my opinion, these are the best value townhomes in Kelowna,” says Don Warkentin of Fortune Marketing, which is marketing the development.
He noted the den which has a closet, and a window could be used as an extra bedroom if needed which makes the townhomes at Glenpark Row II even more desirable. People are also drawn to the den for extra space as a home gym or home office.
With its central location, appealing price and a low 10% deposit, Warkentin said he expects the townhouses will sell quickly, as has been the case with previous family-sized townhome developments constructed by VanMar.

Warkentin estimates the mortgage a buyer will carry on one of the townhouses would be similar to the rent one would pay for an equivalent home given the recent surge in rents across the Central Okanagan.
Glenpark Row II will be built in five phases, but the developer, VanMar, will put in all the required services and lay the foundations for all 77 units at one time, reducing the build-out time.
Construction is slated to start in September and the first units will be ready for buyers to move into in September 2023.
