New upscale beachside Kelowna condo development is popular

MOVALA sales soar

Kelowna’s newest upscale beachside condominium community is a hit.

Sales opened for MOVALA last weekend and 80% of the available units in the first building of the two-building development sold in just 48 hours.

Developed by Kelowna’s Stober Group and marketed by Epic Real Estate Solutions Inc., MOVALA is an upscale collection of one-, two- and three-bedroom residences featuring stunning panoramas of Lake Okanagan and the surrounding mountains.
