Rugby teams from across B.C. will converge on the Tournament Capital this weekend to compete for the Saratoga Cup.
The Williams Lake Rustlers, Terrace Northmen, Rocky Mountain Rogues (Cranbrook) and Vernon Jackals will compete for the trophy, while the Kamloops Raiders men and women will play exhibition matches against Elk Valley RFC.
The Raiders’ exhibition games will take place on Saturday morning — the men at 9:30 a.m. and the women at 11:30 a.m.
The Saratoga Cup games will begin at 1 p.m., when Williams Lake takes on Vernon, followed by Terrace versus Rocky Mountain at 4 p.m.
The third-place game will be played at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday, followed by the final at 3 p.m.
All games will be played at Exhibition Park, 1025 Lorne St.
The Saratoga Cup is contested by teams from the Interior, the Okanagan and the Kootenays, according to BC Rugby.
