Scene cleared after car hauler tips, spills two-vehicle load in Sicamous

DriveBC advises the crash scene in Sicamous has been cleared.

UPDATE: 11:35 a.m.

DriveBC advises that a vehicle incident involving a spilled trailer at the Highway 97A traffic circle in Sicamous should be cleared by 1 p.m.

Traffic is being diverted around the incident.

ORIGINAL: 11 a.m.

Traffic is slowed in Sicamous as a large commercial truck has spilled its trailer load of two vehicles.

The crash happened about 10:50 a.m. at the Highway 97A-Main Street interchange.

Reader photos show the trailer tipped up and the two vehicles it was carrying dumped on their side in the snow.

It doesn't appear that anyone was injured in the incident.

RCMP are on the scene, and it doesn't appear that any other vehicles were involved in the crash.
