Salmon Arm RCMP searching for two-time grocery store thief

Searching for shoplifter

The Salmon Arm RCMP are on the lookout for a woman who is a suspect in stealing from a local grocery store on at least two occasions.

On June 11, police were told the unidentified woman went into the store and went toward the meat and frozen food area. She then allegedly left the supermarket with a cart full of stolen items.

We are investigating the incident as a theft under $5,000," says S/Sgt. Scott West of the Salmon Arm RCMP. "We ask that you please have a look at the attached photograph and contact the RCMP if you recognize the woman or spot her in the community."

The woman is described as a white woman in her mid-30s, with brown hair and glasses.
