Fire near Revelstoke out

The fire reported near Revelstoke earlier this morning is no longer showing as active on the BC Wildfire Service map.

ORIGINAL: 10:07 a.m.

BC Wildfire Service is reporting a fire start at Griffin Lake northeast of Sicamous.

They suspect it was person-caused.

It is reported as the minimum size at .01 Ha.

We'll update the story should the fire be doused or conditions changed.
