The Rykon Group, which owns the INvue complex on Springfield Road, has partnered with Rennie Marketing Systems in an attempt to sell the rest of the development's unsold units.
The group announced the partnership Friday, also announcing 40 per cent discounts to go with it.
According to the group's website, 56 of the building's 92 units sold, but 30 were purchased back by the developer after the economy tanked in late 2008 and condo residential units in the Okanagan took a nosedive.
Now that the condo market is beginning to see life breathed back into it.
Bob Rennie of Rennie Marketing Systems says INvue is a unique product. "Our team is excited to venture into the Okanagan, especially with a premium product such as INvue," he says.
Rennie has helped envision and grow Vancouver's condominium market and hopes to bring that expertise to Kelowna.
Since the discounts were offered, 11 units have sold, says Rennie.
