Collusion Among Gas Companies?

Okanagan motorists can brace themselves for another hike at the pumps.

Gas prices shot up to 98.5 cents a litre in Vernon Tuesday and prices in Kelowna and the rest of the Okanagan Valley will likely match that.

Last week, gas prices in the Okanagan increased from 83.9 cents a litre to 90.5.

The experts attribute the increase to supply and demand.

Ted Stoner with the Canadian Petroleum Products Institute in Calgary says crude oil prices hit an all time high last week and that's being reflected at the pumps.
