South Okanagan SPCA finds parakeet in 'rough shape' in a snowbank

The South Okanagan/Similkameen branch of the BC SPCA is trying to reunite a little parakeet with its owner after being found in a snowbank.

The rescue posted to Facebook, hoping someone might recognize the little bird.

"He is in pretty rough shape and seems like he may have been out a while," they wrote.
