Penticton Salvation Army offering free ESL lessons for immigrants

The Salvation Army in Penticton has announced a new program offering free English as a Second Language classes for immigrants in the community.

Anyone looking to improve their English conversation, speaking, reading and writing is welcome.

Classes are completely free of charge, and start on Jan. 24 at 10 a.m. and will be every Tuesday morning at the same time moving forward.
