Oliver Fire Department douses early morning vehicle fire

Little is left of a truck that was fully engulfed in flames early Thursday morning in Oliver, off Black Sage Road and Saddleridge Road.

The Oliver Fire Department shared in a press release that crews responded to a report of a vehicle fire at approximately 6:15 a.m.

"The vehicle was fully involved and crews made quick action to douse the flames," they shared. Crew remained on scene for 45 minutes.

No other structures or nearby grasslands were in danger of with the fire spreading.
