Power lines down stall traffic on Eckhardt Ave in Penticton

Power lines down on Eckhardt Avenue west of Comox Street have traffic rerouted in Penticton Wednesday as emergency crews respond. 

Two lines are down on top of a white van. RCMP, the Penticton Fire Department and Fortis BC are on scene. 

Traffic is blocked heading onto that area of Eckhardt near the junction with Highway 97.
