Penticton Arts Council launching Willie Four Milli's Doodle Raps online exhibition

Doodles and rap showcase

A new exhibit is launching August 8 from the Penticton & District Community Arts Council, bringing in local artist Will Hoffman.

The online solo exhibition, Doodle Raps, features his digital works from 2017 to 2020. He is best known for  his trademark rhythmic doodle art style.

Hoffman, also known as Willie Four Milli,  is a visual artist and music producer, taking inspiration from a near death experience to inspire his art. Back in 2007, Hoffman and his friends were in a car accident that came close to fatal.

To get through the trauma of the accident, Hoffman took to doodling once released from hospital.

The creations took on great popularity and after selling over 100 on the street, landed him the first solo exhibition in 2011.

Willie Four Milli’s Doodle Raps exhibition can be found on the Penticton Arts Council’s website alongside some of his hip hop music.
