Quadruple the love

Chelsea Powrie

Critteraid Animal Sanctuary is always full of kittens who need forever homes, and the volunteer-run facility is sometimes overwhelmed by requests from the public.

They are always extremely happy to hear that anyone is interested in adopting an animal, and all they ask is that people who inquire realize it might take a little time for the sanctuary to return their call.

"Our adoption process is pretty simple, it's a little different than most sanctuaries because we don't operate on Monday to Friday hours," Byer explained.

"We operate only by volunteers. So if everybody could be patient, they can just give us a call, and we can set up adoption tours so they can come meet some of our incredible adoptable kittens."

Right now, a set of four kitten brothers are looking for families, all of whom love to play.

"Please just email us and give us a little bit of time, it can take up to 48 hours for our volunteers to get through everybody," Byer said. "And if you feel that your call hasn't been returned just give us another call. We don't mind at all!"
