Brush fire knocked down

Oliver fire crews responded to a brush fire on Black Sage Road Tuesday afternoon. 

Trees caught fire, and ambulance and RCMP were at the scene, according to Oliver Daily News. 

Fire crews attacked the blaze and were able to contain it. 

"Crews have the fire under control and are working on hotspots and clean up," Oliver Fire Department wrote on Facebook around 2:30 p.m.

B.C. Wildfire is also on scene to assist with hotspots.
