Crash slows Parkway

Traffic on the south end of the Channel Parkway was slowed Tuesday afternoon by a two-car crash.

Emergency crews were called to Highway 97 and Skaha Lake Road shortly before 1 p.m. for a report of a t-bone collision. Crews arrived to find all parties out of their vehicles.

The extent of any injuries, if there were any, is unknown at this time.

Snow over the past two days is piling up on Penticton’s streets and drivers are advised to slow down and be extra vigilant on the roads.
