The Summerland RCMP is requesting the public’s help tracking down an alleged sexual predator wanted for historical offences.
Ivan Glen Winchester, 42, was charged Jan. 4 with two counts of sexual interference of a person under 14, two counts of sexual interference of a person under 16 and sexual assault.
The crimes are alleged to have occurred between 2006 and 2008 in Summerland. Police say Winchester lived in the community from 2006 till 2010, although court records show he pleaded guilty to driving while prohibited in Summerland in 2012.
Police did not supply a photo or description of him.
