Three brothers need home

Chelsea Powrie

A trio of young cats rescued from a hoarding situation in Kaleden earlier this year are looking for a forever home all together because they have become intrinsically bonded.

"Three of the brothers have really showed a bond, and we don't want to break that," Byer said.

The three blonde two-year-old cats have been nicknamed Buddha, Emperor and Elite, and they spend much of their days interacting together. Byer said they are incredibly affectionate to humans as well, being fond of head-butts and other signs of love.

"We're looking for a home that has the ability to welcome three beautiful blonde babies into their life," Byer said.

She added that she knows it's a tough ask to find a home for three young cats at once, but it's worth the try.

"They do wrestle and toss like most brothers will do, but they are absolutely in love with each other and it would just be heartbreaking if we couldn't find them a home together," Byer said.
