Drug Busts

The Penticton RCMP Crime Reduction Team had a busy weekend.

The team arrested two men in Okanagan Falls for drug trafficking on Sunday morning.

One of the men is a 59-year-old resident of OK Falls, the second is a 39 year-old Burnaby resident.

Over $4,000 cash, one ounce of cocaine and more than a gram of crystal meth was seized at a residence in OK Falls.

Both men have been released from custody and will be appearing in Penticton Court at a later date.

Charges of possession for the purpose of trafficking and possession of methamphetamine are being recommended.
