S'Land Festival Of Lights

The 19th Annual Festival of Lights will delight and entertain all who come. Many consider this event as the “Official Kick Off” to the holiday season.

On Friday, November 24th, join the between 5000 – 7000 people who will gather on Main Street Summerland to enjoy a special evening of fun and excitement. Stroll through the crowd while sipping on a cup of hot chocolate and be entertained by the vendors, crafters, choirs, vignettes and live musical groups.

The festivities begin at 5 pm with the official light up ceremony taking place at 7 pm. As this is Summerland’s Centennial year, a special guest will join Mayor David Gregory in lighting up the Main Street.

The evening will end with a spectacular fireworks display at 9:00 pm that is being sponsored by Re/Max Orchard Country and the Centennial Committee.
