$10 bet returns $12,000

A Penticton resident has turned a $10 bet into over $12,000.

Christopher K. cashed in on a 11-way parlay this week on Wimbledon and World Cup action.

The B.C. Lottery Corporation announced the big win Monday on Twitter. His winning ticket saw him correctly pick nine winners at Wimbledon and two World Cup games.

His $10 wager earned him $12,359.78.
