Students at Summerland Secondary got the chance to explore their career options on Tuesday, thanks to the WorkBC Find Your Fit tour.
The program involves interactive displays aimed at giving students the chance to explore career options.
Tour manager Ryley Ellement said it showcases occupational skills.
"It kind of plants a seed of interest and fun in maybe some careers and trades that may have seemed dry in the past," Ellement said.
About 700 students attended the Summerland event, which Ellement said is a great turnout.
Included in the interactive displays were an airplane flight simulator, 3D printer and circuit board.
The tour has been travelling around B.C. for several years now, and Osoyoos and Summerland are the only communities in the South Okanagan to be visited so far this year.
