An Oliver man has been arrested in connection to a string of property related offences in the area.
Simon Bell, 37, was arrested Tuesday by local police and the Penticton South Okanagan Similkameen Regional Targeted Enforcement Unit for a rash of break and enters over the last few weeks.
Bell is charged with 15 offences including theft over $5,000, flight from police, theft of a credit card, driving while prohibited, fraud, possession of stolen property and more.
He appeared in Penticton court Friday, with his next appearance set for December 6.
Bell has a documented history with the law.
