A U.S. fugitive last spotted in Penticton will be featured on America's Most Wanted this weekend.
Richard Lee McNair escaped from a Federal Penitentiary in Pollock Louisiana April 5 of this year.
McNair was serving a life sentence for murder and burglary.
McNair was last spotted in Penticton April 28. He was driving a stolen vehicle, and managed to elude police.
RCMP continue to work closely with Canadian and U.S. law enforcement agencies, but have been unsuccessful in locating him.
The segment on America's Most Wanted will air Saturday, August 5 on the FOX Network.
Police remind the public to call 911 or local law enforcement with any sightings.
McNair is considered armed and dangerous.
McNair is Caucasian, 47 years old. He is 6 feet tall, about 210 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
McNair sometimes wears glasses and a goatee.
