Central Okanagan-Similkameen-Nicola Conservative MP Dan Albas will be visiting Penticton next week to host a town hall for the region's business community.
The small business Shadow Minister will talking about changes coming to the federal tax code, which close loopholes such as income sprinkling.
“The Finance Minister and the Liberal Government have set forth changes to the tax system regarding Canadian Controlled Personal Corporations. These changes will affect many small businesses, professionals and farmers across this region,” he said in a news release.
The town hall will take place Sept. 29, 5 to 7 p.m. at the Days Inn at 152 Riverside Drive.
