Drug Charges

Two Penticton residents are facing drug charges.

On Friday, July 21st, the Penticton Task Force arrested a 45-year-old male and a 46-year-old female after a vehicle stop along the Channel Parkway. A search of the vehicle turned up a quantity of cocaine that was packaged for street sales, which was seized.

Colin Flitness was on bail for a previous drug charge when he was arrested. He will face charges of Possession of a Controlled Drug for the Purposes of Trafficking as well as Failure to Comply with Previous Release Conditions today in Penticton Provincial Court. The female was released from custody and will face charges of Possession.
