A body has been found in Skaha Lake.
At about 5:45 Tuesday afternoon, a police helicopter noticed a body floating near the mouth of the Channel Parkway in Penticton.
RCMP and the Fire Department responded and pulled the body out of the water.
Corporal Rick Dellebuur says they believe they know the identity of the body.
“At this time we believe that it is the body of Josh Morgan, but we are waiting for the coroner to confirm the identity,” says Dellebuur.
Josh Morgan has been missing since May 21st, when he fell into the Ellis River.
An autopsy is scheduled for later today.
