Justin Bieber's fans have celebrated him quitting Instagram

Justin Bieber quit social media and his fans have celebrated with a "deactivated party".
The hunky pop star deleted his Instagram account, which had 77.8 million followers, after fans hounded his new girlfriend Sofia Richie.
In an unexpected move fans have taken to Twitter to celebrate the deletion with the hashtag #justindeactivatedparty - just 48 hours after fans threatened to strike against the star in a media blackout.

And way before the pair started feuding Selena admitted that she was tired of answering questions about her former flame.
She said: 'I'm so exhausted. I honestly am so done. I care about his health and well-being. But I can't do it anymore.'
But, she showed she still cares by weighing on his decision to leave Instagram.

Before Justin re-followed Selena, their only interaction was when the 22-year-old singer shared a throwback photo of them locking lips back in March.
The 'Cruel' singer captioned the pic: "Feels."
After it was posted, Selena attended Justin's 'Purpose World Tour' show at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on March 23.

Justin Bieber un-followed Selena on Instagram after they split up in November 2014.
And they showed signs they were getting on when Bieber re-followed her in June.
However, just two months later Bieber has quit the app after they had a feud.

The 'Sorry' hitmaker hit the follow button on Selena's page on June 6, showing he was still interested in what she is up to.
His decision to follow the 'Heart Wants What It Wants' singer suggested relations between them must have improved because Justin previously unfollowed Selena in November 2014 after they split up.

Justin Bieber then deleted his Instagram account the spat with his ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez.
The 'Cold Water' hitmaker had threatened to quit the site if his fans didn't quit hounding his new girlfriend.
He wrote: "I'm gonna make my Instagram private if you guys don't stop the hate this is getting out of hand."
True to his word the singer has deleted the account, and all that is left is the message: "Sorry, this page isn't available."

Justin Bieber 'accuses Selena of cheating with Zayn'

Justin then reportedly accused Selena of cheating on him with former One Direction star Zayn Malik.
He wrote: "I cheated...Oh and I forgot about you and Zayn (sic)."
Selena previously admitted she would love to date Zayn, who is currently in a relationship with Gigi Hadid.
She said: "If he had asked me out on a date, I would be seen with him. Just kidding, but not kidding."
However, she then hit back and accused Justin of cheating her throughout their on/off relationship which ended in 2014.
She wrote: "Funny how the ones that cheated multiple times, are pointing the finger at the ones that were forgiving and supportive, no wonder fans are mad. Sad. All love (sic)."
